The TASKI Swingo 1650 B walk-behind scrubber dryer is a high-performance cleaning machine, specially designed for the fast and efficient maintenance of large areas. Thanks to its robustness, large tank capacity, and excellent autonomy, it guarantees immaculate floors while significantly reducing the frequency of stops for refilling.

Why choose the TASKI Swingo 1650?

  • Maximized Autonomy: Its large 85-liter tank and solution control system (which adjusts flow rate according to speed) allow it to clean up to 2,500 m² without interruption.
  • Immediate Drying: Equipped with a patented W-shaped squeegee, it perfectly adapts to floor irregularities for optimal suction. The floor is dry and usable immediately, reducing the risk of slips.
  • Ergonomics and Simplicity: Its intuitive dashboard and ergonomic design reduce operator fatigue and make it easy to use without complex training.
  • Easy Maintenance: All daily maintenance points are identified in yellow and can be easily removed without any tools.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: The intelligent dosing system saves up to 40% water and chemicals compared to conventional machines.

Operating Instructions

Preparation and Start-up:

  1. Ensure batteries are fully charged and disconnect the charger cable.
  2. Fill the clean water tank with clear water and add the appropriate detergent (respect dilution rates).
  3. Lower the brush deck and suction squeegee using the rear pedals.
  4. Turn on the machine, set the water flow rate on the dashboard, and activate the handles to move forward.

During Cleaning:

  1. The machine automatically adapts the water quantity to your travel speed (IntelliFlow system).
  2. For heavily soiled areas, use the "indirect method": scrub the area with the squeegee raised, allow the product to act for a few minutes, then go over it again with the squeegee lowered to vacuum.

Daily Maintenance (Yellow Points):

  1. Completely drain the dirty water tank using the red drain hose and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Remove and clean the clean water filter, suction filter, and debris screen.
  3. Remove the brushes and squeegee, rinse them with clear water to remove debris, and let them dry.
  4. Leave the tank lid open during storage to prevent bad odors.

Safety and Precautions

  • Traction and Batteries: If the machine is equipped with lead-acid batteries (gel or AGM), never interrupt a charging cycle before it's complete to preserve their lifespan.
  • Always use chemicals suitable for scrubber dryers (low foaming) to avoid damaging the vacuum motor.
  • Wear non-slip safety shoes during maintenance or draining operations.
