Applications & Materials

• Recommended for: Food processing industries (FPI), slaughterhouses, professional kitchens (HoReCa), communities, refrigerated vehicles, and food storage areas.
• Target surfaces: Walls, floors, work surfaces, cold rooms, conveyors, hoods, and cutting equipment.
• Compatible materials: Stainless steel, tiles, resins. Caution: Due to its alkalinity, perform a preliminary test or avoid prolonged contact with aluminum and light metals.

Instructions for Use

For application with a foam cannon or cleaning station:

1. Pre-rinse the surface with clean water to remove large debris and residues.
2. Adjust the dilution of your equipment between 2% and 5% (i.e., 20 to 50 ml per liter of water), depending on the degree of soiling.
3. Spray the foam from bottom to top (to avoid uneven streaks and ensure good adhesion).
4. Allow to act for 10 to 15 minutes for disinfection (never let the foam dry on the surface).
5. Rinse thoroughly with potable water, this time from top to bottom.

Safety and Precautions

• Highly Alkaline Product: Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory: safety glasses or face shield, nitrile/neoprene gloves, and protective apron.
• Food Contact: Product suitable for cleaning surfaces that may come into contact with foodstuffs, provided it is rigorously rinsed with potable water.
• Never mix with acidic products or other chemical cleaners (risk of dangerous reaction).
