Applications & Environments

• Recommended for: Professional kitchens, slaughterhouses, agri-food industries, hotels, restaurants, and mechanical workshops.
• Target surfaces: Tiled walls, industrial floors, stainless steel worktops, extractor hoods, ovens, cold rooms, and production equipment.
• Caution: Test beforehand on light metals (such as aluminum) if contact time is prolonged, due to its strong alkaline degreasing power.

Instructions for Use

1. Preparation and Dilution:

1. The product can be used neat on very stubborn stains or diluted for regular maintenance.
2. Recommended dosage: Dilute between 2% and 5% (i.e., 20 to 50 ml per liter of water) depending on the degree of soiling.

2. Application:

1. Apply the solution using a foam cannon, a cleaning station, a sprayer, or manually (with a sponge or a brush).
2. For a foaming application on a vertical surface, always spray from bottom to top.
3. Allow the foam to act for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the surfactants to dissolve grease. Do not let the product dry on the surface.
4. Brush if necessary on very ingrained dirt.

3. Rinsing:

1. Rinse thoroughly with clear water (preferably hot or warm to facilitate grease removal), this time from top to bottom.
2. For surfaces in direct contact with foodstuffs, thorough rinsing with potable water is mandatory.

Safety and Precautions

• Protective Equipment: Recommended to wear household gloves (nitrile or rubber) and safety glasses when handling the concentrated product.
• Storage: Store in its original packaging, away from frost and high heat.
• Keep out of reach of children. Do not mix with other chemical products.
